Honduras is located in Central America, between Guatemala and El Salvador to the West, and Nicaragua to the East. There are few tourists, and the resources for visitors are primitive. Honduras is safe, welcoming, and inexpensive. Still, it is the least touristickated country I have visited, and it makes neighboring Guatemala seem like Las Vegas in comparison!
